Venue & Tournament Experience
The Miami Open is held in the Hard Rock Stadium in the south of Florida. It's unique in the fact that the main court, the Stadium Court, is adapted from a football stadium.
Here’s what you need to know about seating in the Stadium, food options, and entertainment areas:
Stadium Seating
The best seating areas for viewing matches, of course, are going to be the courtside seats, but generally speaking, most seats offer a decent view of the court. For those in the 300 sections, especially in the higher rows, we recommend bringing a pair of binoculars to be able to watch the match play more closely in addition to viewing the video boards. It’s also important to note that the north side seats are temporary seating set up specifically for the Open.
Food and Drink Options
Food and drinks are located throughout the event, ranging from light bites, full meals, sit-down service, desserts, and more. Most food is located centrally to the event in the plazas by the fountains and Grandstand court. If you’d like to eat in a more secluded, quiet area, go to ‘The Grove,’ which is located east of the Grandstand court. There are fewer food options, but it is less crowded.
Entertainment
If you like to shop, listen to music, or watch live performances, the Miami Open is the place for you. There are gift shops located throughout, but the ‘Palm Court’ area is where you will find a majority of the vendors. In addition to souvenirs, there are shops where you can buy new racquets, clothes, and more. Live entertainment is scheduled to play throughout the day, starting at 11am and ending at 9pm.
